Exchange Policy

At soloman, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

By purchasing from soloman, you indicate your acceptance of our exchange policy terms. soloman reserves the right to deny any exchange if the item does not meet our policy criteria.

Returns & Exchanges:

1. Request Window: All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. To initiate a exchange, please WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags intact. If any item is found to be used, worn, torn, or altered, it will not be eligible for exchange, and a charge will be deducted from the store credit issued.

3. Additional Information :

• Please note product can be exchanged only once.

4. Pickup Facility: soloman will arrange a pickup for your exchange order, and the exchanged item will be delivered to you after successful pickup. However, if your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the product to our location at your own risk and cost.

Please note : Charge of Rs 100 for Return Request and Rs 80 for Exchange Request. Which will be collected in advance while raising a request

Please note : soloman have a full right to approve or to reject a return/exchange request.

Office hours are 11 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of Gujarat.

Kindly note that it’s essential to wait for our confirmation before sending back the item. Upon receiving our confirmation, you can proceed to return the item to us. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner to facilitate the replacement process. We kindly request that you do not send any items for replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot take responsibility for such shipments.
